Vivo X100 Series Teaser Reveals Dimensity 9300 SoC, 1-inch Camera Sensor, V3 Imaging Chip, and 5400mAh Battery
Vivo has unveiled the vivo X100 series in a variety of colors, including white, orange, blue, and black. It has been officially confirmed that the phone will be equipped with a primary 1" sensor, a telephoto camera, and the V3 imaging chip, marking the debut of the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC in a mobile device. Furthermore, the series will boast a 5400mAh battery, a notable upgrade from the 4810mAh battery featured in the X90 series.
Upon closer inspection, the vivo X100 reveals the presence of a VARIO TESSAR lens with an f/1.57 aperture for the primary camera and an f/2.57 aperture for the telephoto camera. The X100 will also introduce a VARIO APO SONNAR lens, featuring an f/1.75 aperture for the main camera and an f/2.5 aperture for the telephoto camera. Reports suggest that it will utilize the IMX989 1" sensor, similar to the one utilized in the X90 Pro+, and both models will incorporate Zeiss T* coating.
The upcoming Dimensity 9300 SoC, set for release later today, has been spotted on the AnTuTu listing, achieving a remarkable score of 2.24 million points, currently ranking first among Android devices. Additionally, it has appeared on the Geekbench listing, scoring 2256 points for the single-core and 7632 points for the multi-core test, surpassing the performance of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The phone is expected to feature Hynix LPDDR5T RAM and will be available starting at 3,999 yuan (equivalent to USD 546 / Rs. 45,500 approximately) for the 12GB + 256GB model. More details are anticipated to be revealed in the upcoming days.
