UNISOC T760 6nm 5G SoC launched in India with FHD+ 120Hz display, up to 64MP Camera, and more
UNISOC has officially launched the T760 6nm 5G SoC in India, following its introduction last year. Built on 6nm EUV process technology, it features Arm’s 4 x A76 big + 4 x A55 little core architecture, coupled with an Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU. The SoC supports Hard Decode/4K@30fps encoding and decoding, and is compatible with FHD+ resolution displays with up to 120Hz refresh rates. It achieved a score of 510,000 points on AnTuTu V10.
Equipped with a dedicated NPU delivering AI computing power of 3.2 TOPS, the UNISOC T760 incorporates UNISOC’s latest Vivimagic 6.0 imaging engine and Acutelogic 3A technology. It supports ultra-clear quad cameras with resolutions up to 64MP.

The UNISOC T760 SoC employs a multi-mode integrated innovative architecture and AI intelligent adjustment technology, resulting in a 37% reduction in overall power consumption in 5G data scenarios and an 18% reduction in power consumption during 5G standby, according to the company.
UNISOC has announced collaborations with key OEM players to introduce the UNISOC T760 to the Indian market soon, with reports suggesting that HMD phones will be among the first to adopt the chip.
