TECNO POVA Slim 5G launched in India for Rs.19,999 with 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz curved AMOLED display, 5.95mm sleek design, Dimensity 6400 SoC
TECNO has launched its first device in its new Slim series, the POVA Slim 5G in India, as promised. It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz 3D curved AMOLED display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM.
At just 5.95mm thick, TECNO claims it to be the slimmest curved-screen 5G smartphone. The company highlights its “Best Signal, Best Design, Best AI” approach, ensuring advanced connectivity, premium design, and AI-powered features. It supports 5G+ Carrier Aggregation, 4×4 MIMO, Dual SIM Dual Active, and comes with TÜV Rheinland High Network Performance certification.
Weighing only 156g, the device also debuts the Dynamic Mood Light Design, which lights up interactively for calls, notifications, and even user moods. On the software side, it includes Ella AI, TECNO’s smart assistant with Indian language support, along with features like AI Call Assistant, AI Writing, AI Image Editing, Circle to Search, and Privacy Blurring.
Despite its slim build, the POVA Slim 5G houses a 5160mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, and the charger is included in the box.

The TECNO POVA Slim 5G will be available in Sky Blue, Slim White, and Cool Black color options. Priced at Rs. 19,999 for the single 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant, the smartphone goes on sale via Flipkart from September 8.
