TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G launched in India starting at Rs.19,999 with 6.78-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, up to 12GB RAM
TECNO has launched its latest mid-range 5G smartphone the TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G in India, as promised. It features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, it retains the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM + 12GB of virtual RAM, and 256GB internal storage.
The device boasts a Dynamic-Eye Design on the back cover, featuring a Dynamic Light Effect created by 210 single-point controlled MiniLEDs, forming ring-shaped and propeller-shaped light effects. Users can personalize up to 9 different scenarios, including calls, power status, and gaming, with 101 user-defined effects.
TECNO incorporates its first P-NCVM border for a seamless middle frame and utilizes advanced Lithography Precision Technology Texture to provide a fine yet sturdy feel while resisting fingerprints.
Running on Android 14 with HiOS 14, the phone houses a 108MP primary camera, a 2MP secondary camera, and an AI lens, along with a 32MP front camera, both equipped with dual LED flash. It features a cooling area of 27342mm² and TECNO’s 4D Vibration Sense for enhanced gameplay feedback.
The device includes an in-display fingerprint scanner and packs a massive 6000mAh battery with 70W Ultra Charge capability, enabling a 50% charge in just 20 minutes and a full charge in 50 minutes. Additionally, the 1% Super-Endurance Power feature allows for up to 20 minutes of calling when the battery is critically low, while also supporting 10W Reverse Charging.
Moreover, the phone is designed to function in extreme conditions, with the ability to charge even at -20°C and operate in temperatures of up to 60°C. Safety measures include STS Secure Battery Technology to prevent internal shortcuts, Bypass Charge to prevent overheating, and Charging Water Detection to notify users of moisture presence, according to TECNO.
