Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual launched in India with 13MP front-camera, selfie-flash priced at Rs. 29,990
Sony's pro-selfie smartphone Xperia C5 Ultra Dual was launched today in India just a month after it was announced. It comes with a 6-inch 1080p near bezel-less IPS display (just 0.8mm thin bezels) running on MediaTek MT6752 1.7GHz octa-core processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB Expandable Storage, Android 5.0 Lollipop. But the focus here is on a great camera experience, therefore you have a 13MP front-facing camera, front-flash and a 13MP rear camera both with Exmor RS Sensor.
Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual Specs and Photos
The front-facing selfie camera has a wider field of view with 88-degree wide-angle lens. You can record 1080p videos with both the front and rear cameras.
It is a dual-SIM 4G LTE device and also comes with a microSD card slot capable of using a 200GB card, if you can find one. Other connectivity options include WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC and FM Radio. The Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual also packs in a 2930 mAh battery with STAMINA mode for longer battery-life. Sony claims that you can get two-days worth or usage with the phone or up to 2 hours 47 minutes of continuous video playback. The company has generally been spot on with battery life in the past, so will give this one a solid maybe. We'll be testing this phone out later.
The company has also included a one-handed UI mode, and given the size of the device it seems a prudent option. The Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual is available starting today priced at Rs. 29,990 in Black, White and Glossy Soft Mint colors from Sony Centers, Sony Smartphone lounges and other leading retail outlets across India.
