Here is Samsung's projector equipped Galaxy Beam 2
Samsung today unveiled its projector equipped Galaxy Beam 2 G3858 featuring a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM and a paltry 4.66-inch WVGA display. There's a 2600 mAh battery in there which might just last you a movie or two at best. It was launched today at China Mobile's 3G network, but there's no word on pricing at the moment. The Galaxy Beam 2 comes with a metallic build and seemingly thinner as well at 11.64 mm.
The projector can only project upto a maximum resolution of WVGA, that's 480x800 pixels but it comes with background color correction which is supposed to make the projections better. At present there is no word on international availability or pricing for that matter. So, would be interested in dim projections of your home movies or presentations using your smartphone?
