Galaxy Tab 3 Neo launched in India for Rs. 16,490
Samsung is on a roll of device launches for India, the Galaxy Tab Neo 3 (Tab 3 Lite in other markets) has gone official as well after the Note 3 Neo and NotePro 12.2. The Galaxy Tab Neo 3 that packs entry-level specs but with good build quality including a 7-inch 1024 x 600 pixels display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. There's a 2 MP camera at the back and it comes with optional 3G HSPA+ connectivity. Other connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi Direct and GPS with GLONASS support.
There's 8 GB of internal storage on the Galaxy Tab 3 Neo which is expandable upto 32 GB and you have a 3600 mAh battery powering the whole rig. Its quite thin and light at just 9.7mm, 310 grams. The Galaxy Tab 3 Neo has been priced at Rs. 16,490 which is really high considering the entry-level specs of the tablet. We would have expected the price to be around Rs. 12000. Nevertheless, this is the launch price we might get it for less when it is finally available.
