Samsung Galaxy On5 gets Android Marshmallow update in India
Samsung has started rolling out Android Marshmallow update for the Galaxy On5 (SM-G550FY) in India. The update is available over-the-air (OTA) and carries the build number G600FXXU1APF8. The new update also adds July security patch to the On5. Earlier this week, the Galaxy On7 too received its Marshmallow update.
The Galaxy On5 smartphone was launched last year running on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a 5-inch HD display, quad-core processor. Its great to see Samsung sending out latest OS updates to even its budget devices including the On and J series smartphones.
