Samsung Galaxy F17 5G launched in India starting at Rs. 14,499 with 6.7-inch FHD+ 90Hz Infinity-U Super AMOLED Screen, Exynos 1330 SoC
Samsung has launched its latest mid-range smartphone in the F series, the Samsung Galaxy F17 5G in India, succeeding last year’s F16 5G. It features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a notch, but this time it is powered by the Exynos 1330 SoC, replacing the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 found in its predecessor.
The camera setup remains unchanged, with a 50MP main sensor, 5MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro lens, along with a 13MP front camera. It runs Android 15 with One UI 7, and Samsung promises 6 major OS updates and 6 years of security updates. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging. Compared to the F16 5G, the Galaxy F17 5G is slightly thinner and lighter, and it introduces a refreshed camera design, marking the key upgrades.
