Samsung Galaxy C5 looks weird

We have already seen a few leaks about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy C (Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7) series of smartphones and now we can see an actual image of the phone.

    Samsung Galaxy C5 Leaked Image

The Samsung Galaxy C5 SM-C5000 seems to sport a metal unibody design and you can see from the image above that there's a home button up front which would double up as the fingerprint sensor. Samsung has been working with metal and glass or metal and plastic combinations in most of its smartphones since the launch of the Galaxy S6, but with the Galaxy C5 we may see a departure to an all-metal design.

The Galaxy C5 does look different from any other Samsung smartphone, atleast from the back. You can see the flat back design with antenna bands which does resemble the HTC One A9 to an extent. But the classic camera bump which sits dead center gives away its Samsung DNA, you can also see the dual LED flash next to it.

From the looks of it, the micro-USB port, speaker, headphone jack and primary microphone will be at the bottom of the device just like current-gen Samsung flagships, while the power button can be seen on the right with two volume buttons on the left.

Coming to specs, leaked benchmarks have revealed that the Galaxy C5 with come with either a 5.2-inch or 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display running on the Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage which is expandable with Android Marshmallow running the show. Samsung is expected to pack a 16MP rear camera here alongwith an 8MP front-camera for selfies.
