Samsung Galaxy A23 and A23 5G Key Specs Surfaced with new 50MP rear camera, OIS
Samsung is working on its new mid-range smartphone the Galaxy A23 series, which will be the successor of the Galaxy A22 4G and A22 5G smartphones that were introduced last year. The camera details of the phone surfaced that reveal a 50MP sensor from SK Hynix since the Galaxy A22 4G featured a 48MP sensor with OIS.
According to the rumors, Samsung Galaxy A23 4G and Galaxy A23 5G will feature a quad rear camera setup where a 50MP main camera with OIS along with 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side has an 8MP front-facing camera.
These are expected to share similar camera specs, but the other specifications are might be different between the phones. The Samsung Galaxy A23 4G is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2022, which is sometime in February or March, while the 5G model is expected to be announced in the second half of the year.
The smartphones will be launched in India along with other emerging markets. We should know more details and the full specifications of the phones in the coming weeks.
