Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Appeared on Geekbench listing with 6.8-inch FHD+ display, Triple Rear Camera, Dimensity 700/Exynos 1330 SoC
Samsung is working on its upcoming low-mid-range smartphone the Galaxy A14. It is already surfaced online by leakster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) revealed the Press renders of the Samsung Galaxy A14, which looks similar design to the Galaxy A13.
Now, the Galaxy A14 5G has surfaced in two different benchmarks that reveal Dimensity 700 and Exynos 1330 SoCs with model no. SM-A146B and SM-A146P. The Galaxy A14 (SM-A146B) reveal scores of 770 and 2151, and Galaxy M14 (SM-M146B) 751 and 2051 for Geekbench Single and Multi-Core benchmarks.
This is for the Exynos 1330 version with 4GB of RAM and is based on Android 13. This reveals 2 x 2.4GHz high-performance cores and 6 x 2GHz efficiency cores.
The Galaxy A14 5G (SM-A146P) with Dimensity 700 version has scores of 522 single-core, and a 1710 multicore score, which is less than the Exynos 1300 model. This is also based on Android 13 with 4GB of RAM.

According to earlier rumors, the Galaxy A14 is said to feature a 6.8-inch Full HD+ (2408 x 1080 pixels) LCD screen with a U-shaped front-camera notch. The renders revealed a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and volume rockers on the right side. The bottom part has a speaker grille, a type-C port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Galaxy A14 will have 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.6 mm dimensions and come with a plain gradient design at the back with a triple camera setup and an LED flash.
Based on rumors, it will be Samsung’s cheapest 5G phone in 2023. The Samsung Galaxy A13 was introduced in December 2021, so we can expect the Galaxy A14 could be launched sometime in December 2022 or in January 2023.
