Redmi Note 13R launched with 6.79-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Advanced Edition SoC, up to 12GB RAM
Xiaomi has quietly launched its latest budget 5G smartphone, the Redmi Note 13R in China, succeeding last year's Note 12R. It features a 6.79-inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD screen with a center punch-hole for the 8MP front camera and is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Advanced Edition, offering up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB UFS 2.2 storage and is based on Android 14 with Xiaomi HyperOS.
The device has a sleek crystal glass design, a slim profile at 8.32mm, and an IP53 rating for dust and splash resistance. The Redmi Note 13R is equipped with a 50MP rear camera and a 2MP macro camera. The phone also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 5030mAh battery, and 33W fast charging.
Using a new magnetically controlled ink process, the phone's design creates a wave texture that reflects light and shadow like sea waves, providing a dynamic and three-dimensional visual effect that complements its smooth glass finish, according to the company.

The Redmi Note 13R comes in ice crystal blue, silver, and midnight black. It is currently listed on the official website, but it is expected to be more affordable when it goes on sale soon, likely through the carrier China Mobile.
