Redmi Note 12T Pro teased before the launch with 144Hz LCD display, Dimensity 8200 Ultra SoC, 5080mAh battery
Xiaomi has started teasing its next mid-range smartphone in the Redmi 12 series the Redmi Note 12T Pro in China. It has an almost similar design as the Redmi Note 11T Pro / Pro+ that was launched last year, and the company has confirmed a 144Hz LCD screen with a 7-step variable refresh rate, support for DC dimming, and DisplayMate A+ ratings. It will be the company’s second run on the Dimensity 8200-Ultra, after the Xiaomi Civi 3 that was launched last week.
The company also shows that the phone has achieved a 58.3 fps average frame rate in Genshin Impact and 119.4 fps in HONOR Kings with advanced optimization. It will come with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The Redmi Note 12T Pro has a 5080mAh battery that supports 67W wired fast charging.
We can expect 64MP primary rear camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle and a 2MP macro camera. The image also confirms a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 12T will be available for pre-sale in China from tomorrow.
