Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 11nm Mobile Platform launched with up to 2.2 GHz CPU, Adreno 612 GPU
Qualcomm just launched its next-generation Mobile Platform Snapdragon 678 processor in the 600-tier, which is the successor of Snapdragon 675 that was launched back in 2018. It has Qualcomm Kryo 460 CPU clocked up to 2.2GHz and has Qualcomm Adreno 612 GPU, where the company has improved compared to the predecessor and offering faster speeds with greater efficiency.
The Qualcomm Hexagon 685 DSP adds smarter, more robust computing while prolonging power even further. It comes with a new Spectra 250L ISP with the same Snapdragon X12 LTE Modem with advanced carrier aggregation, which offers downloads up to 600 Mbps and uploads up to 150 Mbps.
