POCO C61 to be launched in India on March 26th with 90Hz refresh rate display, 6GB+6GB virtual RAM
POCO has officially announced the impending release of the POCO C61, the latest addition to its C series lineup in India, scheduled for March 26th. Featuring a striking radiant ring design, the phone boasts up to 6GB of RAM, supplemented by an additional 6GB of virtual RAM, a smooth 90Hz refresh rate display, and a robust 5000mAh battery.
Drawing comparisons to the recently launched Redmi A3 in India, the POCO C61 is anticipated to sport familiar features and specifications, including a sizable 6.71″ HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, powered by an Octa-Core Helio G36 SoC. It is expected to house an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and support for 10W charging via USB Type-C.
While the Redmi A3 starts at Rs. 7,299 for the 3GB + 64GB variant, the pricing details for different configurations of the POCO C61 remain undisclosed. However, it's likely that bank offers will be available, bringing the effective price closer to that of the Redmi A3.
Following the launch, the POCO C61 is set to be available for purchase on Flipkart, aligning with the distribution strategy observed for other POCO phones.
