Delhi Government today launched a helpline for public to register complaints against taxi aggregators on surge pricing. If you hail an Uber or OLA and they show an extra charge in the name of surge pricing, you can report to 011-42400400.

Google has sneakily introduced Carrier Billing in India, which means you can now buy apps from the Play Store with your cellular account as a payment option. At present carrier billing on Google Play has only been enabled for Idea Postpaid consumers.
