OPPO Pad 5 Specs Surfaced with 12.1-inch 3K 144Hz display, Dimensity 9400+ SoC, up to 16GB RAM
OPPO is gearing up to launch its upcoming tablet, the OPPO Pad 5, in China later this year, positioned as the successor to the OPPO Pad 3. According to details shared by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the device is expected to bring several significant upgrades in both display and performance.
The OPPO Pad 5 is rumored to feature a larger 12.1-inch 3K+ LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, which would make it particularly appealing for gaming, multimedia, and productivity tasks. The display is also expected to continue supporting TÜV Rheinland eye protection certification and DC Dimming technology.
Under the hood, the OPPO Pad 5 is said to be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, replacing the Dimensity 8350 chip found in the previous generation.

The OPPO Pad 5 is expected to debut in purple, silver, and gray color options and is likely to be introduced in China this October alongside the OPPO Find X9 series.
