OnePlus will introduce Oneplus 8 series in April with Snapdragon 865 SoC, 5G support, Quad HD+ OLED Fluid Display, 120Hz Refresh rate.
OnePlus going to introduce its latest flagship smartphone OnePlus 8 series that will be launch in mid-April, and as per rumors, its launch date could be April 15. Today, the company has confirmed that its upcoming smartphones will come with the Snapdragon 865 along with Snapdragon X55 modem, which means the OnePlus 8-series will support 5G connectivity.

As we know, the company has already launched its 5G smartphone OnePlus 7 Pro 5G in May available in Europe and Sprint, and after that introduced OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren Edition in October 2019 only available in the USA.
The company has already confirmed that its upcoming premium smartphone has a Quad HD+ OLED ‘Fluid Display’ with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit HDR for the OnePlus 8 Pro.
In the OnePlus 2020 Screen Technology event, it said that each screen is calibrated at the factory for accurate colors with an RGB color temperature sensor with <0.8 Just Noticeable Color Difference (JNCD) rating.
Generally, the automatic brightness adjustment of the normal smartphone is 1024-level but OnePlus offers at 4096-level in upcoming smartphones that highest in Android. It can also be adjusted ambient light and offers multi-scene auto-dimming with screen color temperature dimming and more.
The MEMC motion compensation chip that was used in TVs to avoid motion blur. Now, these features also built-in the upcoming Oneplus 8 series smartphone.
OnePlus also shared a chart where it compares screen response time between different phones and shows that the company’s latest screen gives better response time.
