OnePlus 13T will feature 6,260mAh Glacier Battery in a Compact Form Factor, and supports 80W fast charging
After unveiling the camera specifications, OnePlus has now confirmed that the upcoming OnePlus 13T will feature a massive 6,260mAh Glacier Battery. According to the company, it’s the world’s first and only compact smartphone with a battery capacity exceeding 6,000mAh, marking the beginning of the 6,000+mAh era for small-screen devices.
Despite having a compact 6.32-inch display, the OnePlus 13T currently boasts the largest battery capacity among mainstream flagships.
Speaking on the battery performance, OnePlus China head Louis Jie stated:
"Thanks to the 6,260mAh Glacier Battery, the OnePlus 13T easily lasts a full day on a single charge. Whether you’re spending up to 7 hours gaming or heading out for the day, there’s no need for a power bank or even activating power-saving mode."
He emphasized that the OnePlus 13T’s battery life outperforms all other small-screen phones, and even surpasses large-screen powerhouses like the iPhone 16 Pro Max in various real-world scenarios.
On the technology behind the battery, he explained:
"This battery reflects OnePlus’ long-term dedication to battery life innovation. The Glacier Battery is designed specifically for high-performance phones, delivering extended endurance even under heavy usage. Combined with the top-tier energy efficiency of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the new 8T LTPO small flat display, and the upgraded ColorOS 15, the OnePlus 13T delivers consistently outstanding battery life and a flagship user experience."
Despite housing such a large battery, the phone maintains a lightweight profile at just 185 grams. In comparison, the OnePlus 13 also features a 6,000mAh battery but weighs 213g. Other devices in this high-capacity, flagship-tier category include the Xiaomi 15 Pro and vivo X200 Pro.
Previous certifications have also confirmed that the OnePlus 13T will support 80W fast charging.
