OnePlus 12 launched with 6.82-inch 2K 1-120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 24GB RAM
OnePlus has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone the OnePlus 12 in China, as previously promised. It features a 6.82-inch BOE X1 2K AMOLED display boasting a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Notably, it incorporates a 9140mm² VC heat dissipation area.
Equipped with a self-developed Display P1 chip, meticulously optimized for prolonged high brightness usage, the OnePlus 12 embraces a "TIME Design" inspired by luxury watches. This design aesthetic includes a hollow-curved design, with time scales, a starry dial, and circular characters on the camera module symbolizing the passage of time.
Retaining the distinctive three-stage alert slide, the OnePlus 12 sees a strategic relocation to the left-hand side of the phone. According to the company, this shift enables the introduction of a new integrated antenna and Alert Slider solution, enhancing antenna performance specifically for gaming.
The white variant incorporates the latest ceramic glass technology, creating a blank canvas without altering the original intent. In the Flowy Emerald colorway, emerald green glass technology is employed, with patterns drawn from the intricacies of the Dart River's braided channels. Meanwhile, the black variant features a matte finish through silk glass craftsmanship.
Equipped with a 50MP Sony LYT-808 sensor for the main camera, the OnePlus 12 boasts a 64MP OV64B periscope telephoto lens with a 70mm equivalent focal length. This lens supports 3x optical zoom, 6x in-sensor zoom, and an impressive 120x digital zoom. Additionally, the phone features a 48MP Ultra-Wide Camera and leverages 4th Gen Hasselblad Camera for Mobile.
Maintaining a high standard of durability, the OnePlus 12 holds IP65 dustproof and waterproof ratings. Powering the device is a robust 5400mAh battery, supporting 100W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W wireless flash charging. Furthermore, it facilitates wireless reverse charging, allowing it to reach a full charge in 26 minutes through wired charging and 55 minutes through wireless charging.

The OnePlus 12 can be ordered now and is set to be available for purchase in China starting December 11th. The worldwide and India pricing details are expected to be disclosed upon its launch in early 2024.
