OnePlus 10 Pro launched with 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 80W fast charging

    OnePlus just launched its latest flagship 5G smartphone the OnePlus 10 Pro at an event in China, as they promised. It has a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ E4 AMOLED curved screen with supports LTPO 2.0 for a 1-120Hz variable refresh rate and has an In-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor with 5G SA/NSA support, up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and is based on Android 12 with ColorOS 12 (in China) / OxygenOS 12 (Global). It also comes with a graphite sheet and VC cooling, which reduces the phone temperature.

    The phone has a triple rear camera setup where a 48MP primary camera with Sony IMX789 sensor as the previous generation, OIS along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle Samsung JN1 camera with 150-degree field of view and an 8MP 3.3x telephoto camera. On the front side has a 32MP tiny punch-hole front-facing camera.

    This is the first company’s smartphone that supports 10-bit color photography for all three rear cameras. The second-generation Hasselblad Pro Mode support 12-bit RAW photography from all the rear cameras, and there is also a RAW+ option. The 150° ultra-wide camera also has a Fisheye Mode. There is a Movie Mode on the OnePlus 10 Pro that will adjust ISO, shutter speed, and more. It also comes with a LOG format option for videographers.

    It has an X-axis linear motor, but there are no IP68 ratings for water resistance, which is available in the OnePlus 9 Pro. The phone has a glass back with a matte finish, a 3D Nanocrystalline Ceramic Lens Cover, and a metal middle frame is integrated with 3D nanocrystalline ceramic.

    The OnePlus 10 Pro is powered by a dual-cell 5000mAh battery that supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, which can charge up to 100% battery in 32 minutes, and also has 50W Wireless fast charging with 50W Warp Charge that can charge up to 100% in 47 minutes, and also support reverse wireless charging.

    The OnePlus 10 Pro comes in Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest colors. It will be available from January 13th in China and the pre-order has started from today. The company didn't have details about the global launch yet.

    OnePlus Buds Pro silver

    OnePlus also launched a Glossy Silver color variant in the OnePlus Buds Pro joins with the Matte Black and Glossy White colors that were launched last year.
