nubia Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition to be launched on April 28 with External lens support

Nubia has officially announced that the Nubia Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition will launch in China on April 28th, following a series of teasers. Earlier this month, an imaging kit for the Nubia Z70S Ultra Photographer Edition was spotted, showcasing a camera-inspired design with support for external lenses. The kit is reported to include a 400mm lens, a camera-like control interface with a shutter button, a dial, and an expandable optical system.

According to the company, the device will feature a fifth-generation 35mm lens and a sensor comparable in size to the one-inch main camera found in the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Additionally, the lens diameter is said to be significantly larger.

An image teaser highlights up to 50X zoom capability. The phone, identified by the model number NX737J, was recently certified by MIIT, revealing a design similar to the Nubia Z70 Ultra. As a result, similar display features and specifications can likely be expected.
