Nubia Z70 Ultra to be launched on November 21st with 6.85-inch 1.5K 144Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC
Nubia has confirmed to launch its next flagship smartphone in the Z series, the Nubia Z70 Ultra in China on November 21, following the launch of the RedMagic 10 Pro series this week. The company has announced that the Z70 Ultra will feature the same 6.85-inch display with a 95.3% screen-to-body ratio and 144Hz refresh rate.
Nubia has co-developed Super COP packaging technology with BOE, incorporating advanced SIP technology to overcome challenges like display unevenness, screen layering, and drop impact, resulting in an optimized experience with slim 1.25mm bezels on the top, left, and right.
The Z70 Ultra also uses aerospace-grade materials and has a border as thin as 0.7mm. The display has a 1.5K resolution (2,688 x 1,216 pixels), a pixel density of 430 PPI, peak brightness of 2,000 nits, and an AI-powered transparent front camera with Transparent Algorithm 7.0. Nubia has also confirmed that the phone will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, and we can expect enhancements in the camera, battery, and other features compared to the Z60 Ultra.
The device will operate on the Nebula AIOS, which supports AI-powered voice ticket booking, expression control, smart image search, text generation, and social media publishing.
