Nothing Phone (3a) Series Launching in India on March 4; Expected 6.8-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC
Nothing officially confirmed in its Q4 2024 Community Update video that the Nothing Phone (3a) series will debut at an event on March 4th at 3:30 PM IST, after weeks of teasers and speculation.
The company also released an official teaser image of the phone, showcasing its signature white Glyph lights. Notably, the larger camera bar indicates a triple-camera setup. Enhancing the image’s contrast further reveals the flash placement, aligning with a recent leak featuring the phone inside a case.
During the update, Nothing’s Co-founder, Akis Evangelidis, shared:
“For the (a) Series, we cater to a different group of users. While some prioritize cutting-edge specs, the latest innovations, and high-end processors, others are just as passionate about technology but value a great user experience above all. That’s who the (a) Series is designed for. Our focus remains on core user needs—camera, display, processor, and, of course, design.”
Nothing Surpasses $1 Billion in Revenue -
Nothing also announced that the company has exceeded $1 billion in lifetime revenue since its founding in October 2020—an impressive milestone in just four years.
Chief Financial Officer Tim Holbrow added:
“More than half of this revenue came from 2024 alone, which aligns perfectly with our strategy. We entered the year aiming to build on the success of Phone (2) and Ear (2) with the launch of Phone (2a), Phone (2a) Plus, and CMF Phone 1. These products helped us scale the business significantly, leading to remarkable top-line growth. It’s an exciting achievement, and we’re eager to see what’s possible in 2025.”
While specifications for the Nothing Phone (3a) have surfaced, details on the Phone (3a) Pro remain limited. More information is expected in the coming weeks.
