Nothing Phone (2) Design Surfaced Online with 2.5D curved display, Dual LED flash and more
Nothing has already confirmed that it will launch its upcoming Nothing Phone 2 smartphone in July Globally including in India. Now, the renders images of the phone based on live pictures of a testing stage unit have surfaced by Steve H.McFly aka @OnLeaks. Recently, the company has confirmed that the phone will get 3 years of OS and 4 years of security updates.
The phone will feature a 2.5D curved front and back design with some changes. This shows that the lighting elements on the back of the phone, surrounding the camera module, have been redesigned. The image also shows a dual LED flash, and a slightly rounded frame right side, as compared to a flat frame in the Phone (1).
The phone will feature multiple small strips of lights around the wireless charging coil instead of a single light, offering independent control. It also retains the left punch-hole for the camera, SIM slot on the left, volume rockers and a power button on the right, USB Type-C port, and a speaker grill on the right.
Nothing already confirmed the phone will run on Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, and it will be powered by a 4700mAh battery, slightly bigger than the 4500mAh battery in the Phone (1).
The Nothing Phone (2) will be available only on Flipkart in India, similar to the Phone (1), and it will be launched in July. We should know more details and the exact launch date of the phone in the coming week.
