Nokia Lumia 1020 now available in Germany on pre-order for €799
Nokia's 41MP PureView packing Lumia 1020 is now available for pre-order in Germany for €799, while we already know its going to cost $300 on a 2-year AT&T contract in the US. Stephen Elop suggested while unveiling the Nokia Lumia 1020 that the European market will get the phone this quarter, and it seems he was true to his promise. Although the price of €799 is quite steep and Nokia truly cannot afford such exorbitant a price, even for its flagship device.
The Lumia 1020 will be sold with 64 GB memory on O2 network, therefore if you are already a subscriber or have access to O2 in your region it would be best to get it from them. While in the US, official pre-orders of Lumia 1020 begin July 16, and Microsoft is giving the $79 camera grip for free with the Lumia 1020 from their online store.
