Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean spotted in Thailand

XDA-Developers user Chaleen posted the image of a Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 in an expo in Thailand. We expected Google to release Android 4.3 Jelly Bean at Google I/O but now it seems the rumors which pointed to a June 10th release might pan out after all.

Although the images don't reveal much as to what will be a part of this incremental update to Android, but changes to the Camera UI are quite apparent with toggles for functions like HDR, contrast, rotation, white balance, among others.
