Motorola Teases World's Slimmest Smartphone with military-grade durability in India
Motorola has begun teasing the release of the world’s slimmest phone with MIL-810 durability certification in India. This follows their earlier “Do You Dare to Be Bold” teaser from this week. The company claims that this phone is designed to endure even the harshest conditions. With MIL-810 certification, it is tested to handle accidental drops, vibrations, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
Recent reports suggest that this phone could be the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, which is rumoured to be 8.1mm thick and also expected to feature IP68 ratings. It remains to be seen whether Motorola’s phone will launch first and claim the title of the world’s slimmest MIL-810-certified phone, or if it will be slimmer than the 7.68mm thickness of the OPPO K12x.
In contrast, the OPPO K12x, set to launch in India on July 29th, will also have MIL-STD-810H certification for military-grade durability and will be 7.68mm thick, with IP54 ratings.
We should receive more information, including the launch date, soon.
