Moto G Turbo Edition gets Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in India

Motorola has started rolling out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the Moto G Turbo Edition in India. 

The Marshmallow OTA update for the Moto G Turbo Edition comes in just after a few weeks of the Moto G 3rd-gen getting its tasty bite. If you were counting, all current Motorola smartphones including the Moto X Play, Moto X Style and now both the Moto G 3rd-gen variants are running Android Marshmallow. Its just the Moto E that is lagging behind in terms of updates.

There are a lot of improvements with Android Marshmallow including better security, permission management, better battery-life with Doze mode alongwith overall faster performance. The OTA update for the Moto G Turbo Edition is about 450MB in size, and it is advisable to download on a WiFi connection.
