Motorola edge 70 max launching in India on July 15th with 7000 Nits Quad HD+ Display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC

Motorola has officially confirmed the launch of its latest smartphone in the Edge 70 series, the Motorola Edge 70 Max, in India on July 15. The smartphone comes with a refreshed flat-frame design, slimmer display bezels, and flagship-grade hardware.

The Motorola Edge 70 Max is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile platform, delivering flagship-level performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-powered applications.

The Quad HD+ display is capable of reaching up to 7000 nits of peak brightness, offering improved visibility in bright outdoor environments. Motorola has also confirmed magnetic wireless charging support, a first for the edge series, while leaks suggest the device will feature a high-capacity battery to complement its flagship hardware.
Design
The edge 70 max adopts a flat-frame design with narrow bezels surrounding the display, replacing the curved-screen design seen on previous edge series smartphones.
Official teasers show the phone in Light Blue and Sage Green colour options. On the back, it features a square-shaped camera module that houses a triple rear camera setup.
Availability
The Motorola Edge 70 Max will go on sale through Flipkart, the official Motorola India website, and leading offline retail stores following its launch in India on July 15. Pricing and complete specifications are expected to be revealed at the launch event.
