Motorola edge 60 Specs Surfaced with 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED display, 50MP front camera, 5200mAh battery
Motorola is gearing up to launch its upcoming flagship smartphones, the Motorola Edge 60 and Razr 60 series at a global launch event on April 24th. Following the recent leak of the Edge 60 Pro details, press renders and specifications of the Edge 60—successor to last year’s Edge 50—have now surfaced, courtesy of @evleaks.
According to the leak, the Edge 60 will feature a 6.7-inch curved pOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Unlike its predecessor, which used the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition, the Edge 60 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. Previous rumors had suggested the Dimensity 7400, but that now appears unlikely.
Camera-wise, the device is expected to come with a 50MP rear camera using the Sony LYTIA 700C sensor with OIS, alongside an ultra-wide lens and a 3x telephoto lens. On the front, it will sport a 50MP selfie camera.
The phone is said to include 12GB of RAM, 12GB of virtual RAM, and 512GB of internal storage. It will be backed by a 5200mAh battery—an upgrade from the 5000mAh unit in the Edge 50—and will continue to support 68W Turbo charging. The device will reportedly meet MIL-STD-810H durability standards and is expected to come with an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Pricing details should be revealed during the official launch next week. Meanwhile, a launch in India seems imminent, as Motorola has started teasing a new Edge series smartphone for the market.
