Motorola edge 60 and edge 60 Pro Surfaced Online Revealing Design and Colors
Motorola is working on its next smartphones in the Edge 60 series, comprising the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro, which has appeared in press renders, courtesy of the German website WinFuture. The images showcase a curved display for the Pro variant and slim bezels on both models.
Both phones will feature a vegan leather finish, a triple rear camera setup, and a 50MP Sony LYTIA sensor with OIS and a 24mm lens. The renders also reveal a 12mm lens, likely for the ultra-wide camera. To reduce costs, the devices are expected to forgo a metal frame.
The Pro model will also include a 50MP Sony LYTIA sensor with OIS, along with a 3x telephoto camera featuring a 73mm focal length, in addition to the ultra-wide camera. Additionally, the Pro variant has an extra button on the left side, which can be configured for recording.
For reference, the Edge 50 featured a 50MP Sony LYT-700C sensor, while the Edge 50 Pro used a 50MP OmniVision OV50E sensor. The Edge 60 series is rumoured to incorporate a Sony Lytia 900 sensor, though this has yet to be confirmed.
With the Edge 50 Pro launching in April last year, the Edge 60 series is expected to debut around the same time this year.
