Motorola edge 60 and edge 60 Pro launched with 6.7-inch 1.5K 120Hz pOLED quad-curved display, IP69 ratings, Military-grade Durability
Motorola has officially launched its latest smartphones in the Edge 60 series, the Motorola Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro in the Global, following its earlier announcement. Both features a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED quad-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 4500 nits. The Edge 60 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, while the Pro variant has the Dimensity 8350 Extreme processor.
In terms of cameras, both phones are equipped with a 50MP main sensor (Sony LYTIA 700C) with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and up to 50x Super Zoom. There's also a 50MP front camera for high-resolution selfies.
Designed for durability, the Edge 60 series carries MIL-STD-810H certification, making them resistant to extreme temperatures, up to 95% humidity, high altitudes, and drops from heights of up to 1.5 meters. They also feature Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and boast IP68/IP69 ratings, offering top-tier protection against dust, debris, water jets, and submersion in fresh water up to 1.5 meters deep for 30 minutes.
Battery-wise, the Motorola Edge 60 comes with a 5200mAh battery supporting 68W TurboPower fast charging, while the Edge 60 Pro is equipped with a larger 6000mAh battery, 90W TurboPower charging, and 15W wireless charging.

Pricing and Availability -
The Motorola Edge 60 is available in three Pantone-certified finishes: Gibraltar Sea with a nylon-like texture, Shamrock with a leather-like feel, and Plum Perfect featuring a sandpaper-style finish. It is priced at £379.99 (approximately $506 or ₹43,175) for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
The Edge 60 Pro comes in Sparkling Grape, Shadow Green, and Dazzling Blue color options, and is priced at £599.99 (around $799 or ₹68,170) for the same 12GB + 512GB configuration.
The devices have already started rolling out in the UK and are expected to launch across Europe and additional markets soon. Motorola is also teasing the lineup in India, indicating an imminent launch there as well.
