Moto X40 launched with 6.67-inch FHD+ 165Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC along with Moto g53 5G
Motorola has launched its latest flagship smartphone the Moto X40 in China, as they promised. It has a 6.67-inch FHD+ 10-bit OLED screen with SGS double eye protection certification, 165Hz Refresh Rate, DC dimming, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, and is based on Android 13 with MYUI 5.0.
The phone features a three-dimensional cooling system 2.0 with 24868.28 mm² cooling area and 3002 mm² VC cooling area. The phone has an aviation aluminum middle frame and a matte glass back with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and it also has IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The phone has a triple rear camera setup where a 50MP primary camera along with 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera with the macro option, a 12MP 2X portrait telephoto lens, and a 60MP front-facing punch-hole camera. It is powered by a 4600mAh battery that supports 125W wired fast charging that can charge up to 50% in 7 minutes, and also support 15W wireless charging and 15W reverse charging.

The company also launched a budget smartphone the moto g53 in China. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ screen with support for PWM dimming, a 120Hz refresh rate, runs on an unknown Octa-Core Snapdragon SoC, has up to 8GB of RAM with up to 3GB of virtual RAM, and runs Android 13 with MyUi 5.0. It has a 50MP primary rear camera along with a 2MP macro camera, and 8MP front-facing camera. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
