Moto g06 power launching in India soon with 6.88-inch 120Hz display, 7000mAh battery
Motorola has started teasing the arrival of a new device in its Moto Power series for the Indian market. The teaser tagline reads, “Get ready for what’s next. Boundless power to work, stream, and scroll,” while another adds, “The Future Arrives in Full Power” and “A new way to power through. Work, play, and create without boundaries — the possibilities are endless.”
The phone is expected to be the Moto G06 Power, a budget 4G model that was introduced last month. It features a 6.88-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset. Running Android 15 out of the box, the device comes equipped with a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies.
The Moto G06 Power also carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance and is fitted with stereo speakers enhanced by Dolby Atmos. Its standout feature is the massive 7000mAh battery, which the company claims can last over two and a half days on a single charge. With 1000 charge cycles, the battery is said to retain more than 80% of its health even after years of usage. The device supports 18W fast charging.
Available in PANTONE Laurel Oak, PANTONE Tapestry, and PANTONE Tendril colours, the moto g06 Power is expected to be priced at around ₹8,000 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. More information about its launch in India should be announced in the coming days.
