Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus go official with Snapdragon processors, Android 7.1
Motorola has finally announced the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus budget smartphones. Both come with a metal body, Android 7.1 Nougat and contrary to previous leaks, Snapdragon processors.
The Moto E4 packs a 5-inch HD display running on the quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor while the E4 Plus gets a larger 5.5-inch display powered by the slightly better Snapdragon 427 SoC along with a massive 5000 mAh battery. Both phones support Rapid charging as well, and the fast charger comes bundled in the box.

The smaller Moto E4 will come in Licorice Black and Fine Gold colors, priced at $129.99 (Rs. 8400 or EUR 149). It will be available through Amazon Prime. The Moto E4 Plus will come in a few more colors, Oxford Blue, Blush Gold, Iron Gray priced at $179.99 (Rs. 11,600 or EUR 199). At present, there is no word on a rollout.
