Meizu X with MediaTek Helio processor launching on November 30
Meizu has just announced that it will be launching a new smartphone on November 30, which could be the Meizu X running on a MediaTek Helio processor, strangely the teaser reads "Make Helio Great Again" which is all sorts of wrong. There have been rumors that the smartphone would be called the Meizu X and that it would run on the Helio X30 processor.
FoneArena was also able to get some images of the box of the Meizu X, which does confirm the name of the smartphone even though we don't have much on its specs. Now, the X series would be something new for the company and is expected to sit between the current M and MX series of smartphones, both in terms of pricing and features.
You can expect a 5.5-inch 1080p display here with anywhere from 3GB to 6GB RAM on the device. It should run Android 6.0 Marshmallow based FlymeOS or YunOS but again there is no confirmation at this point.
The Meizu X will be unveiled on November 30th, so do stay tuned. Meizu recently launched the M3S in India with a metal body and fingerprint sensor. The MediaTek MT6750 powered smartphone is now available for Rs. 7999 on Snapdeal.
