Meizu 21 Pro launched with 6.79-inch 2K+ 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, IP68 ratings
Meizu has introduced its latest smartphone, the Meizu 21 Pro, signaling its farewell from the smartphone industry following its recent announcement of departure. The device showcases a flat design on both front and back, resembling the Meizu 21, and features three rear cameras accompanied by an RGB LED flash. It boasts Meizu Titan Glass 2.0 for enhanced drop resistance and holds IP68 certification, ensuring protection against dust and water.
It has a 6.79-inch 2K+ BOE LTPO 120Hz display offering 1,250 nits peak brightness and a 21:9 ratio, the phone facilitates smooth one-handed operation. The screen incorporates 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and is certified with SGS Low Blue Light Eye Protection, alongside housing an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and heart rate detection.
The Meizu 21 Pro showcases a 50MP main camera with OIS+EIS, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP optical telephoto lens, all supported by OIS, EIS, and the capability for 8K video recording. For self-portraits, it features a 32MP front camera.
Driven by a Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor and paired with LPDDR5X + UFS 4.0, it provides a maximum of 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It comes with Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi, NFC, dual speakers, mEngine Ultra lateral linear motors, and VC liquid cooling optimized for gaming.
The device is equipped with a 5050mAh battery supporting 80W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. Operating on Flyme OS, it welcomes developers for AI integration, offering AI-assisted input, AI gallery, and Aicy voice, among other features.
