iQOO 12 launched in India starting at Rs.52,999 with 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC
iQOO has launched its latest flagship smartphone the iQOO 12 in India, as they promised. It has a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED screen with 2160Hz PWM dimming, peak brightness of up to 3000 nits, and a variable refresh rate of 144Hz featuring LTPO technology. It runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with a new Q1 Self-developed chip and has up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM with up to 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage.
It is based on Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14, and the company has committed to providing 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates, aligning with the update support for older flagship models.
Equipped with a 50MP 1/1.3-inch primary rear camera along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64-megapixel 3x periscope telephoto camera, the phone boasts second-generation OIS. It leverages a multi-frame fusion algorithm and a bionic night sky algorithm to capture stunning sky shots in seconds.
Drawing inspiration from the darkness, the Alpha emits a faint, cool beam akin to a lightning-fast racing car, leaving its competition trailing in a plume of dust sparkling under the sunlight. The legend edition showcases tricolor patterns that symbolize the relentless pursuit of performance and control. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
