Infinix ZERO 40 5G launched in India starting at Rs.27,999 with 6.78-inch FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC, 50MP AF front camera
Infinix has officially launched its latest smartphone in the ZERO series, the ZERO 40 5G in India, after introduces in the global market. It features a 6.74-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, an In-display fingerprint sensor, peak brightness of up to 1,300 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset with 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, and is based on Android 14 with XOS 14.5, the ZERO 40 5G will receive 3 years of security updates and 2 Android version upgrades. It is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, 20W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
The device boasts a 50MP front camera (JN1 sensor) and a 108MP rear main camera with Samsung's ISOCELL HM6 sensor (1/1.67-inch), OIS, and a 50MP ultrawide lens, supporting 4K video recording at 60fps from both the front and rear cameras.
The phone includes a GoPro mode for integration with GoPro cameras, allowing users to view and control shooting modes via the pre-installed GoPro Quik app. Additionally, it offers AI-enhanced photography features such as ProStable video, RAW HDR, and multiple shooting modes.
