HTC phone Appeared on Geekbench with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, 12GB RAM; Expected HTC U24 or U24 Pro
A new HTC smartphone, identified by model number 2QDA100, has surfaced in a Geekbench listing, unveiling certain specifications. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, 12GB of RAM, and runs on Android 14.
Considering that the company released the U23 and U23 Pro last year featuring Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, this new device might launch as the U24 or U24 Pro. While additional specifications remain undisclosed, it's likely to feature a Full HD+ 120Hz OLED screen and maintain IP67 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Expectations suggest a larger battery capacity compared to the U23 series' 4600mAh battery, although it remains unclear whether wireless charging will be retained. Furthermore, the phone recently obtained certification from Bluetooth SIG, indicating Bluetooth 5.3 compatibility.
