HTC is launching something new on January 12th, but we don't know what

HTC has begun sending out invitations for a launch event scheduled for January 12th, 2017 which could be one of the first flagship smartphone launches of 2017.

But there's not much to go here with the invite, all it says is "For U" with the U mirrored with C in HTC's logo. Even with our collective minds we weren't able to figure out what the company was planning to launch in January. Could be a camera, some wearable - a smartwatch or it could be the HTC 11 flagship launched ahead of Mobile World Congress.
