HONOR X9c 5G launched with 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 6600mAh battery
HONOR has launched its latest smartphone in the X series, the HONOR X9c 5G in Malaysia following its debut in China as the HONOR X60 Pro last month. It features a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness of up to 4000 nits and includes HONOR’s Eye Comfort screen with risk-free dimming, supporting a 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for safe viewing.
It runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC with 12GB of RAM and up to an additional 12GB of virtual RAM. An 8GB RAM variant may be available in some regions. The phone includes scratch-resistant glass on the front, an upgraded all-angle ultra-durable design, and an IP65M rating for dust and splash resistance.
The phone has a 108MP primary rear camera along with a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 16MP front-facing camera According to HONOR, it’s the first phone globally to receive a 5-star comprehensive reliability certification from SGS Switzerland, with 2-meter drop resistance and an impressive 166% reliability rating. It is powered by a 6600mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

Pricing and Availability -
The HONOR X9c 5G comes in Jade Cyan, Titanium Purple and Titanium Black colours. As part of a pre-order promotion in Malaysia, customers who pre-order by November 14, 2024, will receive freebies valued at RM 1,486. The phone is expected to launch as the HONOR Magic 7 Lite in certain markets.
