HONOR MagicPad 3 launched with 13.3-inch 3.2K 165Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 12450mAh battery
HONOR has launched its latest flagship tablet, the HONOR MagicPad 3 in China, a successor to the MagicPad 2. The device features a large 13.3-inch 3.2K LCD screen with a 91% screen-to-body ratio, a 3:2 golden aspect ratio, an industry-leading 165Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 1000 nits.
The tablet incorporates advanced eye protection features, including exclusive AI defocus technology, AI-driven dry eye relief, and motion sickness mitigation. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and offers up to 16GB of RAM, all housed in a slim 5.79mm chassis.
For cooling, the MagicPad 3 includes a 4125mm² bidirectional gas-liquid circulation stainless steel VC, becoming the first tablet to utilize superconducting hexagonal graphite (34648mm²), contributing to a total heat dissipation area of 38773mm².
It is equipped with a 12,450mAh battery supported by HONOR’s self-developed E2 energy efficiency chip and the Dujiangyan AI power management system. The tablet delivers up to 18 hours of offline video playback and 11 hours of online meetings. It also continues to support the Magic Pencil 3 stylus.
