Google Android Wear update makes watch faces more interactive

    Android Wear Watch Faces

Google today updated Android Wear with support for interactive watch faces, meaning you can now get more information from these watch faces without having the need to jump into specific apps. With the new watch faces you will be able to get more information right on the face itself or launch specific apps with just a single tap.

Google shared some of the new interactive watch faces:

    • Bits, which shows information with just a single tap.
    • Under Armour, where tracking fitness is the main aim.
    • Together, which focuses on sharing between two people

Alongwith Interactive Watch Faces, Android Wear also gets support for Google Translate with 44 languages, which works with the built-in microphone on your watch. The update has already begun rolling out in phases and will be available for all Android Wear smartwatches.
