Gionee GPad G4 now available in India for Rs. 18999

The Gionee GPad G4 is now available in India and has been listed on Snapdeal. The new smartphone features a 5.7-inch HD IPS display running on a 1.5 GHz MediaTek processor with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage and 3200 mAH battery. The storage here is not expandable and the battery is non-removable making the phone quite thin at about 7.95 mm. There's a 13 MP AF primary camera with LED flash, accompanied by a 5 MP front facing camera. The primary camera supports 1080p video capture.

Gionee GPad G4 runs Android 4.2 with the company's custom skin on top. In terms of connectivity it is a dual-SIM device with 3G HSPA connectivity, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with aGPS support, FM Radio, and WiFi Direct. There are 5 sensors in the device namely, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, Gravity sensor, E-compass and a Gyroscope. The phone also supports smart gestures, face unlock and OTA updates. It is a quad-band device.
