Exclusive: Another YU device with 3GB RAM surfaces online on GeekBench
It seems that YU Televentures, Micromax's online venture is working on not just one but two new smartphones. The Yutopia is expected to launch soon with metal construction and Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM. But now we have another YU smartphone with 3GB RAM surfacing online via GeekBench.
According to the listing the YU YU5200 will run on a Snapdragon 410 processor with 3GB RAM, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. That's the gist of the story, at present there is no information on display size, battery, cameras or build. But it seems the device is already in the testing phase. The listing says octa-core, therefore it might be the new variant Snapdragon 415.
Then again, you should take this with a grain of salt, benchmarks can be easily fooled into reading incorrect device data. For now this is all we have for you on the YU5200, but we'll keep a lookout for the same.
Thanks Sam!
