Exclusive: OnePlus 3T confirmed specs leaked from official website, will come with 3400 mAh battery
So the OnePlus 3T is set to launch in just a couple of hours, and we now have complete specs of the smartphone along with more details. As you can see in the image above we have complete specs of the phone including that it will come with a 3400 mAh battery with Dash Charge support and same 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display as the OnePlus 3 with Gorilla Glass 4.
The OnePlus 3T will run on the Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor clocked at 2.35 GHz with 6GB RAM, and a choice of 64GB and 128GB of UFS 2.0 storage. It also has dual nano-SIM slots and storage is non-expandable. There is no change in the rear camera, we still have a 16MP rear camera which uses the Sony IMX298 sensor, with f/2.0 aperture capable of recording 4K videos but the front camera has got an upgrade to 16 megapixels using a Samsung 3P8SP sensor with 1-micron pixel size. It can record 1080p videos.
Coming to design, the phone looks absolutely same as the previous-gen OP3, and the OnePlus 3T even weighs the same at 158 grams, with 7.35mm thickness, which is the strangely equal to the OnePlus 3. It will be available in gunmetal and soft gold color options.
Connectivity options here include Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with GLONASS, NFC, dual-band WiFi ac and dual-SIM 4G VoLTE support. The speaker on the device is still located at the bottom with Dirac HD sound support and you have dual microphone noise cancellation as well.
The listing still says that the phone will launch with Android Marshmallow based Oxygen OS which we presume will be changed when the OnePlus 3T is finally announced later tonight. Earlier today we also saw the pricing of the smartphone leak with a store listing saying that it will be priced at around Rs. 33,800 ($499). We will be back with more information on the OnePlus 3T after the launch event.
