Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Android Smartphone was launched in February 2018. It is priced in India at Rs. 9999 ($155.00), running on the Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. The phone has 3/4 GB RAM and 32/64 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 128 GB.
The Redmi Note 5 has a 5.99 inches, 1080 x 2160 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 403 ppi. It has Gorilla Glass protection as well. Coming to cameras, it has a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a notification LED present on the Redmi Note 5 as well, along with a fingerprint sensor, magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, infrared sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE, USB OTG, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Redmi Note 5 runs on Android OS, v7.1 (Nougat) and all this is powered by a 4000 mAh battery. It measures 158.5 x 75.45 x 8.05 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 179.5 grams including battery.
